Position Mission
The Customer Success Manager is the key role connecting customers with Seeweb’s premium cloud solutions, ranging from email services to GPU infrastructures for artificial intelligence.
The goal is to ensure that each customer achieves maximum value and success from the use of our services, supporting them in defining technical and business strategies, designing complex solutions, and building digital growth roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Activation and onboarding of new prospects/customers
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Assessment of IT and business requirements
- Proposal of cloud, GPU, and AI architectures
- Design of end-to-end solutions
- Development of adoption and growth plans (adoption roadmaps)
- Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collection of feedback and “voice of the customer” insights
- Coordination with product and support teams
- Management of implementation and upgrade projects
- Monitoring of timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Tracking success metrics (adoption rate, churn, NPS, GPU utilization, etc.)
- Preparation of periodic reports for management
- On-site visits to strategic customers
- Active participation in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields; equivalent experience and background will also be considered
- Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Customer Delivery, or Solution Architect roles within the cloud computing domain
- Experience with cloud platforms and/or public and/or private IaaS/PaaS solutions
- Knowledge of GPUs, AI accelerators, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructures
- Understanding of the cloud computing market from both demand and supply perspectives
- Experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure architectures
- Basic knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI training environments (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking, storage, security, monitoring, and cost optimization
- Technical and business English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal, empathetic, and communication skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong “customer-centric” approach
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (IT, CEO/CFO, Marketing, etc.)
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Requirements
- Projects involving the use of GPUs for training and/or inference of Machine Learning or Deep Learning models
- Pre-sales experience, management of complex negotiations, and the ability to develop compelling value propositions
- Informal leadership, ability to influence senior decision-makers, and a mentoring-oriented approach toward junior team members; respect, humility, and a commitment to continuous learning
