Basic Service only consists in the monitoring of the IP availability and the proactive intervention in case of network problems without operating on the customer’s equipements. Every additional activity can be requested and billed per hour. Prestige Assurance 365/24/7 monitoring of functionalities on the base of the customer’s need (http, pop, smtp, cpu ...) and proactive intervention in case of anomalies, reboot, remote hand, hardware support.
